Jim Fleming is the President and Chief Financial Officer at Baseline Tennis.  He has been actively involved in growing Baseline and the programs they operate since 1999.  He is still a tennis professional at heart, and enjoys being on the court when his schedule allows to work with players of all ages, especially children.  Jim was the Racquets Director at Orchard Lake Country Club from 1994 through 2006, and he still does some teaching and management at the Birmingham Racquet Club, where he has worked since 1999. Jim's tennis playing background includes four years at Oakland University where he held the #1 singles and #1 doubles positions for the last three years of his career.  He also spent time training and teaching at the Nick Bolletieri Tennis Academy in Bradenton, Florida.  He is a member of the USPTA, PPTA and the Wilson Advisory Staff.
